My favorite resource on this is Part II of Matt Mochary’s book The Great CEO Within. Matt coaches many of the top CEOs of Silicon Valley companies (e.g. Sam Altman, Steve Huffman, Naval Ravikant, Brian Armstrong, etc.) and his book is a must-read for any founder.
